Q: How long does the session last? A: The session lasts 90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore your challenge, identify key insights, and create a plan tailored to you. Q: Who is a Spotlight Session for? A: It’s perfect if you have a specific issue or decision you’re struggling with—like navigating a tricky work situation, preparing for a big career move, or finding clarity on what’s next. It’s also a great starting point if you’re new to coaching. Q: What happens during the session? A: We’ll start by unpacking your challenge and understanding what’s really holding you back. From there, we’ll explore options, clarify your goals, and create a personalised action plan to help you move forward with confidence. Q: Do I need to prepare for the session? A: Not much! It helps to come with a clear idea of the challenge you’d like to work on, but I’ll guide the conversation and help you uncover what’s most important. Q: Is one session really enough? A: For many people, yes! A Spotlight Session is designed to deliver clarity and actionable next steps in a single session. However, if you feel you’d benefit from ongoing support, we can explore that too. Q: How is this different from a full coaching programme? A: Unlike a long-term coaching programme, a Spotlight Session is a one-off, focused session to address a specific challenge or decision. It’s ideal if you need quick clarity or a boost of direction without a longer commitment.


Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions This policy outlines the terms and conditions for private 1:1 coaching sessions: Scope of Coaching Private coaching supports personal or professional goals through guided discussions and actionable strategies. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice; referrals will be made as needed. Confidentiality All session content is confidential, except as required by law (e.g., harm to self or others). Confidentiality will always align with ethical and legal standards. Booking and Payment Payment for a four-session package must be made in full upfront. A booking link will be provided and can be used multiple times. The package expires after 12 months unless otherwise agreed. Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid full charges. Fees and Refunds Fees must be paid prior to sessions. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, but credit may be applied if the cancellation policy is followed. Session Format Sessions are conducted in person, via video, or by phone, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. Custom durations can be agreed upon in advance. Client and Coach Responsibilities Clients: Actively participate, be honest, and take responsibility for implementing agreed actions. Progress depends on commitment outside sessions. Coach: Provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment with tailored strategies for client goals, maintaining ethical conduct throughout. Engagement Expectations Sessions may involve exploring emotions and challenging beliefs to encourage growth. Optional homework or resources may be provided to maximise results. Termination of Coaching Either party may terminate coaching with reasonable notice - any refunds are at the discretion of the coach. The coach reserves the right to end sessions if behaviour is inappropriate or coaching is unproductive. By booking and paying for sessions, you agree to these terms.
